Thank you for inquiring about the East Hampton Bed and Breakfast- The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn. All rooms are double occupancy and include full breakfast "in season" and "weekends". Additional charges include Tax & Service 14.625%

All holidays are charged the weekend rate. There is a four night minimum - Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends. There is a three night minimum - weekends in July and August. There is a two night minimum off season - weekends starting in September thru April 30th.

Cancellation Policy:
We are a small B and B and therefore must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Should you wish to cancel, you must give 30 days notice in order to receive a refund of your deposit less a $50 administrative fee. With less than 30 days notice, your deposit is forfeited. Cancellations with less than 72 hours will be billed for the entire stay. Cancellations must be made in writing or by fax.
