| KWB came to CMA/knotink.com to establish their brand image, increase their market and develop a model KWB retail stores. An exciting new logo was designed to update their corporate identity | ||||
and to be used in creating a line of KWB merchandise. After evaluating the sales for the previous year, market research took place. There was a census of street traffic at the proposed retail location, as well as taste tests and focus groups for tourists, locals and the gay community. A budget was then planned and included a business model for the new store that included free beer tastings. This well received plan was used as a model in other locations. |
