This is an Adult Resort; we are pleased to welcome guests
twenty-one (21) years of age and older.
Key West Hotel Management regrets that we are unable to accommodate pets.
Minimum stays and holiday rates apply to any reservation staying over,
arriving on or
departing on the day of a holiday.
Required
deposit is one (1) night plus tax during High Season and
two (2) night
deposit for all Special Event periods.
Reservation Policies
Cancellation must be made 14 days(30 days for holidays and special events, 45 Days for Fantasy Fest)
prior to arrival date for a refund of deposits.
Reservations require a one night plus tax deposit.
(Two nights plus tax for holidays and special events.)
